Stock music libraries pay artists fractions and charge you a subscription for a catalogue nobody chose. This is the other arrangement: individual artists list individual songs at prices they set, you pay once for the song you actually want, and the artist keeps 85%.

If you make videos
Browse what artists have listed, pay for the one you want, and use it in a video you make here. You are licensing from a named person who chose to list that song, not from a bin of anonymous production music.
If you would rather not shop at all, the advert product does the choosing for you: describe your business and a suitable song is found within your budget.
If you make music
List tracks you own and set your own prices. There is a select-all if you want your whole catalogue listed, and new SoundCloud uploads can list themselves as they arrive.
You attest that the songs are yours to license — remixes and bootlegs of other people's records are not, and listing one is the fastest way to lose the account. The 15% is taken once, from the sale, and what you keep is written down as an immutable record at the moment it clears.
Getting paid
There is no minimum withdrawal. If you have earned a dollar, you can withdraw a dollar. Dollars go out through PayPal and USDC goes out on Base, tracked separately because they are not the same dollar and adding them would mean inventing an exchange rate.
Questions
What does a licence actually allow?
It buys the right to make a video with that song here. It never hands over the artist's audio file — the audio stays theirs, and the licence is what you are buying.
Who sets the price?
The artist, every time. Suggesting a number would be suggesting our own interest, since we take a percentage of it.
Can I license a song I generated here?
Yes. A generated song is a track like any other: kept indefinitely, and listable at whatever price you choose.
