For labels & managers
For labels and managers running several artists
Running short-form for a roster means the same production problem multiplied by the number of artists, plus an approval problem that email threads solve badly. song.money separates artists into workspaces, puts a real approval gate in front of publishing, and can run under your own domain and branding.
- A workspace per artist: own catalog, accounts, brand kit and schedule
- Roles — owner, editor, approver, viewer — with a genuine approval gate
- White-label: serve the dashboard from your own domain with automatic TLS
- Managed at $299/month: a human reviews every day's posts before they fire
Approvals that don't live in an inbox
Turn on approval mode and nothing publishes until an approver signs off. Pending posts show the exact video and caption that will go out, and approval happens from a signed one-click link — no account required for the approver to view what they're approving.
song.money sends no email at all, by design. Invitations and approvals are share links you pass along however your team already communicates.
White-label
Point a custom domain at song.money and the dashboard serves from your domain with an automatically issued certificate. The API answers on the same origin, so sessions behave normally rather than fighting browser cookie policy.
Your artists see your brand; the rendering, scheduling and analytics run underneath.
Managed
On the Managed plan the approval queue is staffed on our side: every scheduled post is reviewed by a person before it goes out, and the creative settings get tuned against what the analytics show for that artist.
It suits a roster where consistency matters more than hands-on control, or a release window where nobody internally has the bandwidth.
Questions
How many artists can one account manage?
Pro includes five workspaces; larger rosters are handled on the Managed plan.
Can artists see each other's data?
No. Workspaces are isolated, and team members are granted access per workspace with a specific role.
Is there an API?
Yes — a documented REST API with scoped keys, signed uploads and outgoing webhooks, so song.money can sit inside an existing release pipeline.
