No. co-song is sold on its own. You do need a free song.money account, which is what the plugin links to and what carries your subscription across machines.
Mixing advice never sends it — the plugin measures about a dozen numbers on your machine and sends those. Turning a recording into MIDI does send audio, because there is no way to transcribe a recording without it, and the plugin says so on that screen rather than in a policy.
It starts when you link the plugin to an account, in whichever DAW you use — not when you downloaded it, so a trial cannot expire before you have installed the thing. One day per account.
